FAQ My orders

• From the site, go to the "Products" section, then select and add products to your basket easily.
• After logging in to your account, create a list of favourites to save time when reordering the same products in future orders.
• After logging in to your account, you can also access your recent orders and find references in your online order history.
• If you know the product references, you can go directly to "Order by reference". Enter the references and quantities, then click on "Add to basket".

1. If you know a product's reference, go directly to "Fast order" at the top of the e-Shop homepage.

2. Enter the references and quantities, then click on "Add to basket".

3. Click here to go to "Fast Order".

Please check the reference you entered. The product's reference may have changed, so we recommend using our search engine to search by keyword/name. You can also contact your sales representative.

You will receive a confirmation email for all orders on our site.
If you did not receive this email, please contact customer service.

Once you have confirmed your order, it is immediately processed to be delivered in 24 to 72 hours (depending on the nature of the products ordered). Therefore, you can no longer modify it from your "My account" area.
However, if you wish to modify or cancel your online order, contact us as soon as possible via "Contact us".

Remember to give us the online order number that you received by email.

You can create an approval circuit by selecting the people involved. We recommend you contact our support team to be advised on the procedure to follow.

Credit card payments are not offered if an item is out of stock with a delivery scheduled more than 5 days later.
This is due to banks' payment authorisation period (7 calendar days).

Antalis France's online payment procedure is as follows :

When ordering (an authorisation request is submitted to the bank) :

• The bank gives authorisation
• The goods leave Antalis's warehouse for delivery
• The delivery note is issued
• The invoice is issued

The invoice generates the payment of the value of the goods delivered If something is out of stock, only the value of what was delivered will be withdrawn.

Please contact Customer Service. You will receive a refund in the form of credit on your account.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale, return costs may be deducted depending on the reason for order cancellation.

To date, only 4 software packages are connected with Antalis France's information system :

• Ecoffi MasterPrint
• Ecoffi Easyprint
• Gamsys Partner
• Rhapso Graphisoft

This system allows users with one of these CAPE systems to check prices and stock in real time directly via their software. You no longer have to go the antalis.fr website. This can help you be more productive by placing your online order directly via your software.
If you are interested in this process, please contact your software publisher. The purchasing module is essential for orders.

You should download the price list. This price list comes in 3 different formats : .XLS (Excel) .TXT (text) or .CSV.

It's up to you to determine the format you want for your price list.
The discount grid is provided in PDF format only. This includes all the discounts you have received from our sales team plus a default offer on all the products that you have never ordered.

Antalis.fr is compatible with the latest generation of browsers. Problems may occur with older versions of Safari.

The e-commerce support team recommends using one of two high-performance browsers : Google Chrome (for PC and Mac) or Firefox (for PC and Mac).
