Test Laboratory Services
Antalis Packaging sets high standards when it comes to the quality of its packaging products and solutions. We carry out materials assessments in our in-house laboratory to ensure you get the best packaging solutions. Our Laboratory Centres allow us to carry out regular checks on our product range, as well as testing the suitability of your bespoke packaging solutions to make sure they are fit for purpose.
Climate tests
In a climatic room we own, we are capable of reconstituting export shipping or long-lasting storage conditions (with solutions of anticorrosion packaging for example)
Drop tests
In order to test various solutions of packaging, we realize drop tests of boxes: closed with tapes or glues and with different weights inside
Box compression and resistance tests
We realize tests of compression according to official standards, and film tests e.g. thickness, tear resistance, etc or adhesive tape tests e.g. total thickness, adhesive application, adhesive strength, etc.
Cardboard packaging tests
We realize paper and board tests such as tensile strength, watertightness, and also cardboard packaging tests as grading, grammage of individual layers, etc
